Lee brings 15+ years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition across multiple industries, including (in alphabetical order) accounting and finance, aerospace, automotive, building materials, construction, defense, electronics manufacturing, engineering, farming, food and beverage, information technology, medical device, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & nutraceuticals, power, sports & recreation, and supply chain.
Born and raised in Southern California, Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He learned about executive search at a young age from his father, Mark, who has over 30 years of executive search experience. He enjoys biking, playing soccer, swimming, discovering new music, and enjoying fun times with family and friends.
