A growing full-service Construction Management firm is looking for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator with experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration and employee relations.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct recruitment and outreach efforts for all exempt, non-exempt, Co-op, and temporary employee positions including job posting and advertising, initial screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
  • Oversee onboarding; schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions, prepare all materials, ensure I-9/E-Verify Compliance.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment, annual performance reviews and other special projects.
  • Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate personnel records and files relative to benefits, PTO accruals, promotions and wage histories.
  • Handle monthly billings from benefits providers, reviewing for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a talent acquisition or human resources role.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player who exhibits an eagerness to learn, strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of management.
